In order to guarantee our quality in service we operate according to the following Terms & Conditions:

 

PLACING AN ORDER:

All orders for our Food Service Department are placed through our Webshop. For questions or help, you can use the live chat function in the Webshop.

OFFICE  HOURS:

Monday to Friday 8:15 - 12:00 and 13:00 - 17:00 (Cashier closes at 16:30) and on Saturday from 8:00 - 10:00 (Foodservice Delivery Only) Cashier hours are only valid for cash transactions.

LEAD TIME:

Orders are delivered according to the following timelines:

Received:

-         Before 9 am: delivered on the same day, before 12 pm

-         After 9 am: delivered on the same day, in the afternoon

-         After 12 pm: delivered on the following work day

TERMS:

Payment terms for all new accounts are Cash On Delivery (COD). Credit Accounts are Net 14 or Net 30. We do not accept bank cheques. If an outstanding balance occurs, no future orders will be delivered until payment is received. We reserve the right to charge an interest rate of 2% per month on all outstanding balances.

RETURNS & CREDITS:

Please inspect and count your order. Products are only accepted for return when delivered wrongly, damaged or expired. No returns of any kind are accepted without authorization from your Account Manager. In case you have accidently ordered a wrong product, you can change your order within 1 (one) hour by contacting our customer service through the chat function of the Webshop or account representative.

DELIVERY POLICY:

Delivery costs of AWG 10 are charged to all orders below AWG 250. All orders exceeding AWG 250 are delivered for free.
